Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Personal care items (including beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To receive a replacement as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
